Johnny Charles Hoblet, Pvt., was born on Sanak Island, AK, 17 Mar 1924, he was the son of Tom and Daria Hoblet.
Johnny joined the Alaska Territorial Guard in 1942 to serve in the Aleutian Campaign during World War II. He was officially discharged 21 Mar 1947.
When Johnny registered for World War II service, he was employed by the Army Transport Service in the Aleutians, he was on the A.P.O. - 944 - Alaska Tug 326.
