Frank Pagano was born 24 Aug 1927, he was the son of Mike and Margaret (Hubley) Pagano. He attended school at the Kodiak Baptist Mission, Kodiak, Alaska, and attended high school in Eklutna, Alaska. Frank married Ellen Simeonoff.
Frank joined the U.S. Army 5 Oct 1946. His discharge date is unknown.
